I purchased this to wear at a wedding a few years ago and it was (and is) a beautiful eye shadow product. It can be either applied lightly for a sheer shimmer effect underneath or on top of other eye shadow colors or it can be used as a denser colour by patting it on to the eye lid with the applicator sponge rather than smearing it across the eye lid. There is one major disclaimer I have with this though; it stings!
