This cream is meant to restore the hydro-lipid barrier of the skin. I found it during an online search for products that would help an eczema break out on my cheeks which left them feeling itchy, inflamed and irritated. With my skin in that state this cream did tingle and burn a little on application, but not for very long. It had a slightly chemical smell to it that I didn’t quite like although because it didn’t irritate my skin I used it twice.
