I bought this cream, along with the foaming gel wash of the same name about 2 years ago, and I still have some left. That’s because they are in huge 500ml containers. At the time I was dealing with eczema on the back of my knees and the insides of my elbows. These are two of the most common places to get eczema on the body. When you have eczema on the body you should not use any kind of soap. Usually, I would say not to use soap just on the face. I’ve nearly run out of this stuff after using it for about a year. It is a foaming gel wash for the face and body that is designed for ‘atopic’ (i.e. eczema prone) skin. It is fragrance and soap free like any good eczema wash should be. It also claims to hinder the proliferation of micro-organisms on the skin which is important for preventing infections in areas where the skin might be broken from eczema. I assume that there is some kind of antibacterial ingredient in this but I’m not sure what it is. To use, pump one or two squirts between the hands and rub them together to form a thick foam.
