I’ve nearly run out of this stuff after using it for about a year. It is a foaming gel wash for the face and body that is designed for ‘atopic’ (i.e. eczema prone) skin. It is fragrance and soap free like any good eczema wash should be. It also claims to hinder the proliferation of micro-organisms on the skin which is important for preventing infections in areas where the skin might be broken from eczema. I assume that there is some kind of antibacterial ingredient in this but I’m not sure what it is. To use, pump one or two squirts between the hands and rub them together to form a thick foam.
