I always use either of these toleriane creams in conjunction with the Cicaplast healing gel whenever I have an eczema break out because they never, ever cause even the slightest bit of irritation for me and the Cicalplast is almost as good as steroid creams at healing eczema. First off I want to say that you should never use an exfolliant or scrub on an eczema flare-up, never, ever. Skin in an irritated, broken or sensitive condition doesn’t need to have skin cells scrapped of it. That said, sensitive skins can sometimes benefit from scrubs that slough away the dead skin cells, but only when their skin is in a relatively robust state to begin with.
