This is a wonderfully thick, zinc based cream that is heaven on an eczema breakout. It feels cool and soothes itching. It comes in an old fashion style metal tube which can crack leaks if you’re not careful. Watch out for handbag spillage. I put this on any dry scaly skin. It is so thick that a small amount goes a long way. I think it would be good on any dermatitis or skin rash and it is a great alternative to cortisone creams that can thin the skin but can be used in conjunction with them too if you happen to need them.
