I have been using the sensitive skin cleaner for years and I love it. It is the best product. I have suffered from rashes and general sensitivity of the skin. This product is the only one that leaves my skin clean but not dry or irritated.
I have found it increasingly difficult to find this product in stores. Both Priceline and MyChemist seem to have dropped it from their lines.
Where can I buy this product?
Some years ago there was also a moisturing cleaner in the same range which I found even better than the sensitive skin cleaner - but that also seems to have become unavailable.

Hi Hope,
thanks for contacting me and apologies for my delay in responding.
First I would like to recommend Lysine supplements for rosacea, internal care is always the best for skin and lysine is great for skin healing for rosacea and eczema, as are certain dietary supplement oils (evening primrose oil and flaxseed oil specifically). I would recommend starting these supplements in line with any topical treatments. Next, Avene is a great line of skin care for sensitive skin but I'm not so sure about targeting redness, this particular La Roche Posay gel is great for dry skin and a damaged lipid barrier but perhaps not so much for redness. One cream I have been using but haven't reviewed yet for dry skin and redness is La Roche Posay's hydra-phase cream. I think it may be good for you but their roseliac line even more so. There is also Clinique redness relief, which I haven't tested systematically but has been tolerable on my sensitive skin in samples I have tested. Using a cleanser rich in aloe vera is also good for skin prone to redness. I very much like La Roche Posays Roseliac gel cleanser. The roseliac line may be perfect for you as it is designed for rosacea (which is what I think you have described).
I also love the calendula in Ren hydra-calm cleanser and face cream for soothing and reducing redness in rosacea, but have found pure calendula in other products not as effective (I have no affiliation with Ren, this is just my experience with their products).
Avoid, chilli and alcohol in your case, look into a diet which is good for candida (these foods are also good for skin disorders even if you do not suffer from candida). Also, aloe very juice internally and as a topical spray can be helpful. Although I am writing this quickly from memory I will email you more detailed suggestions when I have time, and I truly hope you find relief from this, as skin problems can be very distressing, not only because of aesthetics but because skin is our biggest organ that protects up from the external world and is very important to keep healthy. Keep calm, keep hope and a positive attitude for healing and I dearly hope you find relief soon,
Kind Regards,
Amanda.

Hi Amanda,
Nice to meet you and peak at your site. I'm wondering if you have ever tried to soak your clothing in the insect repellent you are promoting? If so, about how many washes does it stay effective with?

Thanks, and enjoy your approaching summer,
Suzan
